Key Responsibilities

1. Project Manager

Lead overall planning and execution of the scholarship program.

Supervise the PMU team and assign tasks.

Coordinate with PHEC management, government bodies, and stakeholders.

Ensure timely delivery of program targets.

Monitor budget, timelines, and progress reports.

2. Data Analyst

Collect, clean, and analyze scholarship and education data.

Generate reports to support decision making.

Use statistical tools for trend analysis.

Maintain data accuracy and security.

3. Web Developer

Design, develop, and maintain the program’s website/portal.

Ensure secure online application systems.

Troubleshoot web issues and optimize performance.

Provide technical support for online platforms.

4. Network Administrator

Manage IT infrastructure and networks at PMU.

Install and configure hardware/software.

Ensure data security and backups.

Troubleshoot network problems quickly.

5. M&E Officer (Monitoring & Evaluation)

Track progress of scholarship program activities.

Develop M&E frameworks and indicators.

Prepare evaluation reports.

Suggest improvements based on findings.

6. Finance Officer

Handle financial planning and budget control.

Process payments and maintain financial records.

Ensure compliance with audit and funding rules.

Prepare financial reports for management.

7. Program Officer

Support day-to-day program operations.

Assist in planning, reporting, and coordination.

Liaise with universities and students.

Draft official communications and documentation.

8. Project Assistant

Provide admin and clerical support.

Draft letters, maintain files, and handle correspondence.

Assist program officers with logistics.

Manage office supplies and scheduling.

9. IT Assistant

Provide technical support to staff.

Install and update software.

Maintain hardware and troubleshoot IT issues.

Assist in managing online platforms.

10. Graphic Designer

Design visuals for reports, presentations, and campaigns.

Create digital content for website and social media.

Ensure branding consistency.

Work with media staff for promotional material.

11. Social Media Executive

Manage social media pages of PHEC projects.

Create and schedule posts.

Engage with audience and respond to queries.

Monitor analytics and suggest improvements.

12. Video Editor / Animator

Edit and produce promotional and documentary videos.

Add animations for awareness campaigns.

Ensure high-quality output for digital platforms.

Collaborate with designers and media team.

13. Cameraman

Capture video and photo coverage of events.

Maintain cameras and equipment.

Assist in live coverage of official programs.

Work with editor for media outputs.

14. Help Desk Representatives

Answer queries from students and institutions.

Provide information on applications and processes.

Log complaints and ensure follow-up.

Maintain a courteous and professional tone.

15. Driver

Drive staff and officials safely.

Maintain vehicle log and fuel usage.

Ensure regular vehicle servicing.

Follow traffic rules strictly.

16. Office Attendant / Naib Qasid

Assist in office duties like mail distribution.

Maintain cleanliness and basic arrangements.

Serve staff and guests when required.

Support admin team in routine work.

Sign the printed copy and attach all required documents (CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, experience letters).

Deposit the processing fee in the Bank of Punjab, Account No. 6580045615700054, Branch Code 0320.

Posts 1–3: Rs. 1500

Posts 4–14: Rs. 1000

Posts 15–16: Rs. 500

Attach the original bank challan/receipt with your application.

1. Who is eligible to apply?
Only candidates with a valid domicile of Punjab can apply. Each position also has specific education and experience requirements that must be met. For example, senior roles require a master’s degree and several years of experience, while support roles may only require a diploma or basic qualifications. Applicants must carefully review the requirements before applying.

2. Are these permanent jobs?
No. These jobs are project-based and linked to the Chief Minister Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program. The positions will remain active only for the duration of the project. Once the project ends, the positions will also be discontinued.

3. What is the application process?
The process has two parts. First, candidates must apply online through the official PHEC website. After completing the online form, they must print it, sign it, and attach the required documents. The complete set, along with the original fee deposit slip, must then be sent by courier or post to the PHEC office in Lahore. Both steps are mandatory.

4. Is there an application fee?
Yes. Each category of position has a different fee. Senior posts (such as Project Manager, Data Analyst, and Web Developer) require Rs. 1500. Mid-level posts (such as Finance Officer, M&E Officer, or Program Officer) require Rs. 1000. Support and operational roles (such as Driver, Office Attendant, or Help Desk Representative) require Rs. 500. The fee must be deposited into the Punjab Higher Education Commission’s Bank of Punjab account, and the original deposit slip must be attached with the application.

5. What happens if I only apply online but do not send the hard copy?
Your application will not be processed. Submitting the online form alone is not enough. PHEC requires both the online submission and a signed hard copy with supporting documents to consider an application complete.

6. Which documents must I send with my application?
Applicants must include a signed copy of the application form, a copy of their CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, experience letters, and the original bank challan or fee deposit slip. Missing documents can lead to rejection of the application.

7. What are the deadlines?
The deadline for online submission is 23rd September 2025. The hard copy, with all attachments, must reach the PHEC office by 24th September 2025 before 5:00 PM. Applications received after this date will not be entertained, even if the online form was submitted on time.

8. Can people from other provinces apply?
No. The jobs are only open to candidates holding a Punjab domicile. Applications from other provinces will not be accepted.

9. Will everyone who applies be called for a test or interview?
No. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test or interview. Shortlisting will be based on the eligibility criteria and the information provided in the application.
