Lead the finance team to ensure high standards of financial management.
Advise the Board of Directors on financial strategy and corporate planning.
Maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with regulations.

Liaise with stakeholders, including auditors, ministries, and regulatory authorities.
Represent the Company on financial matters at internal and external forums.

Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, and presentation skills.
Member of a recognized accounting body in Pakistan or an equivalent international body.
At least five years post-qualification experience, preferably in SOEs with assets above PKR 5 billion.
Meet the Fit and Proper criteria under Section-16 and Schedule-IV of the SOEs Act-2023.
Experience in the energy/power sector is preferred.
Maximum age: 55 years.
