The National Institute of Population Studies, Training & Research (NIPST&R), under the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination, is seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals to support its upcoming project titled “Longitudinal Panel Study using Performance Monitoring for Action (PMA) Framework in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.”

This initiative aims to collect, analyze, and monitor data to improve population health outcomes across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. NIPST&R is inviting applications from skilled candidates for several positions, ranging from field coordination and data entry to survey editing and enumerator roles.

The positions are offered on a contractual basis, with varying durations and competitive pay packages. Candidates with relevant educational backgrounds in social sciences, strong analytical abilities, and prior field or research experience are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to residents of Rawalpindi/Islamabad for office-based roles and residents of specific districts for field positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate field teams involved in data collection.

Ensure proper implementation of study protocols and methodologies.

Monitor field activities to maintain data quality and accuracy.

Provide analytical support and assist in reporting findings.

Qualifications & Experience: M.Phil. or Master’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university, with strong analytical and team coordination skills.

Preferred Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

 

 

Office Editors (Office Based)

Duration: 02 months

No. of Posts: 03

Key Responsibilities:

Review and edit household survey data for accuracy and completeness.

Monitor field data collection to ensure compliance with study protocols.

Assist in compiling, cleaning, and organizing data for analysis.

Qualifications & Experience: Master’s / BS (Honors) in Social Sciences with prior experience in survey data collection, editing, and monitoring.

Preferred Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

 

 

Data Entry Operators (Office Based)

Duration: 03 months

No. of Posts: 04

Key Responsibilities:

Enter survey data accurately using MS Office and CSPro software.

Maintain data integrity and perform regular checks for errors.

Support office staff in preparing datasets for analysis.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with expertise in MS Office and CSPro; typing speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour.

Preferred Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

 

 

Female Enumerators

Duration: 25 days

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct household surveys and interviews as per study guidelines.

Collect accurate and reliable data from assigned districts.

Ensure respectful and ethical engagement with survey participants.

Qualifications & Experience: Master’s / BS Honors degree in Social Sciences with experience in conducting interviews.

Required Location: Only residents of the relevant districts: Bajaur, Bannu, Charsadda, Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber, Kurram, Lower Dir, Mansehra, Mardan, Mohmand, North Waziristan, Peshawar, Tank
