Pakistan Railways invites applications from male citizens of Pakistan for contract positions in the following category:

Qualification:

Option A: Matric (2nd Division) with Science and 3-year DAE (2nd Division) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Automobile

Option B: F.Sc / Pre-Engineering (2nd Division) with 3-month computer course from a recognized institute

Option C: Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS) (2nd Division)

Age Limit:

18–25 years, plus 5 years general relaxation

Additional 3 years for scheduled castes, Buddhist community, Sindh rural & Balochistan, recognized tribes of Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir & Northern Areas

Ex-Servicemen: up to 15 years or actual service in armed forces, whichever is less

Government servants/contract employees with 2 years continuous service: up to 10 years relaxation (maximum 55 years)

Children of deceased civil servants: 5 years relaxation

Only one category of age relaxation can be applied per candidate
