Protect client’s financial interests on major projects.
Manage budgets, ensure value for money, and oversee all financial aspects of MEP packages.
Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates for MEP packages.
Evaluate tender submissions and advise on best bids.
Verify and certify contractor monthly payments (Running Account Bills).
Negotiate and approve Variation Orders (VOs) and claims.
Prepare and agree on Final Accounts for MEP packages.
Ensure work complies with contract documents.
Conduct site visits with Project Manager, track progress against budget and schedule.
Provide cost reports and forecasts, highlight financial risks.
Education: DAE in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or higher engineering degree.
Experience: Minimum 10 years as Quantity Surveyor in building projects, with at least 3 years in employer/consultant-side project management.
Skills: AutoCAD certification and MS Office (Excel) proficiency preferred.
Age: Maximum 50 years (may relax up to 3 years for candidates from Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, AJ&K).
