Punjab Rural Support Programme (PRSP) is hiring a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to strengthen its overall risk management and compliance systems. This is a senior leadership position for a professional who can identify, assess, and minimize risks across all areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and improve PRSP’s Risk Management & Compliance Framework
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
Monitor compliance and maintain risk registers
Provide strategic insights on risk to management and Board
Build risk awareness and conduct training sessions
Qualifications:
MS in Risk Management or
Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (HEC recognized)
Membership in a professional accounting body (CA, CIMA, ACCA)
Additional certification preferred: CFA, FRM, CRMA, CIA
Experience Required:
Minimum 8 years in risk management, compliance, or audit (preferably in NGO/government)
Strong leadership, analytical, and management skills
