National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), known as “The Nation’s Bank,” is seeking motivated, confident, and career-focused females to join its Human Resources team as HR Officer – OG III. This role is designed for individuals who want to grow their career in HR while contributing to one of Pakistan’s largest and most respected financial institutions.
As an HR Officer, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR governance, and legal compliance. You will work closely with different business units to strengthen HR relationships, assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects, maintain accurate HR data, and prepare reports.

OUTLINE OF MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist and support in HR functions such as talent acquisition & management, learning & development, performance management & rewards, compensation & benefits, HR relationship management, organizational effectiveness, HR governance, and HR legal compliance.
Support and coordinate with business functions to strengthen HR relationships.
Assist in the implementation of all HR initiatives/projects.
Monitor and update internal HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy.
Respond to all internal and external HR-related queries or requests. Produce/prepare various HR-related reports as and when required.
Keep abreast of modern HR practices and market trends.
Perform any other assignments as assigned by the supervisor(s).
OTHER KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective team player.
Service-oriented. Understanding of HR functions.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
