To support this initiative, applications are invited from qualified candidates for the roles of Laravel Developer, Angular Developer, and Database Administrator. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Government of Pakistan (GoP) has received credit from the World Bank for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization and Public Resource Management Program. The objective of the project is to improve revenue mobilization and public resource management in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. To support this, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to recruit consultants for the following position:

Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend systems using the Laravel framework.
Write clean, secure, and optimized code.
Integrate APIs and third-party services.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Collaborate with frontend developers and database administrators.
Ensure scalability and performance of backend systems.
Develop and maintain user-facing web applications using Angular.
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and functional code.
Optimize applications for speed and performance.
Debug and fix frontend issues.
Work closely with backend developers for API integration.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Manage and maintain databases to ensure high availability.
Perform regular health monitoring, backups, and recovery.
Optimize queries for better performance.
Implement database security policies and access controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
Support development teams with database design and changes.

Submit a Letter of Expression of Interest (EOI) that shows your skills, ability, and experience for the advertised assignment.
Attach a detailed, dated, and signed Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting your qualifications, past assignments, and references for verification.
Follow the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018), including conflict of interest policies.
