Submit attested copies of degrees, transcripts, certificates, photos, and result cards along with the application on the prescribed form to the Office of the Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot.

Processing fee of Rs. 4,000/- must be deposited via HBL using the fee challan available at UPR Fee Challans.
In-service candidates must apply through proper channels.
Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificates.
Marks certificates must be attached; CGPA alone will not be accepted. UPR formula will be applied to convert CGPA into percentage.
Relevant experience must be supported by documentary proof.
Basic and terminal qualifications must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Salary package will follow government/project rules.
The University reserves the right to cancel the position if necessary.
