Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team. Mandatory:
Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
ACCA with relevant post-qualification experience
CIMA, CPA, or ICMA (Cost & Management Accountant)
Additional: Courses or certifications in public financial management, risk management, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and strategic planning
At least 7 years in a C-level or senior leadership role (CFO, Director Finance, Head of Accounts, or equivalent)
Expertise in corporate laws, audit, taxation, financial planning, forecasting, joint venture agreements, and allied matters
Proven ability to manage financial operations autonomously and implement robust accounting and internal control systems
Experience in large-scale housing authorities, real estate development organizations, private corporations, or semi-government entities
Salary: Attractive package with fringe benefits under DHA service rules
Service Tenure: Initial 5-year contract, extendable based on performance
