At least 15 publications in peer-reviewed journals, including a minimum of 3 in international journals recognized by HEC/PMDC.
Minimum 5 years as Professor in the medical field on a regular basis.
At least 3 years in senior hospital administration or management, preferably as head of a medical institution.
Appointment on a three-year contract, extendable up to three years at a time, under terms determined by the Federal Government.
Equivalent to the initial stage of BPS-22, with fringe benefits.
