The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), Mardan, is seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Finance Director. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Hospital Director. The appointment will be on a three-year contract with the possibility of reappointment based on performance and MTI regulations.

Oversee and manage all accounting and financial reporting for the hospital and medical/dental colleges.
Implement and maintain financial systems, controls, and operational processes.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and periodical reporting.
Advise Hospital and Medical Directors and the Dean on financial matters.
Assist in budget preparation for the hospital and medical colleges.
Prepare and present the annual financial report to the Board.
Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate external audits and implement audit recommendations.
Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounts team.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the management committee and board.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.
High IT literacy, including ERP systems.
Leadership, strategic management, and decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, and report-writing abilities.
