The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan is hiring a Finance Director on a 3-year contract, with possible reappointment based on performance.

Eligibility:

Chartered Accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience in finance/accounts in a major company or institution, OR

ICMAP certified with 8+ years post-qualification experience, OR

Master’s in Finance/Accounts with 8+ years relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial operations of the hospital and medical/dental colleges.

Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and reporting.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and treasury management.

Provide strategic financial advice to management and board.

Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and regulations.

Manage finance team and external audit facilitation.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax laws, ERP proficiency.

Leadership, strategic management, decision-making, negotiation, reporting.

Teamwork, planning, effective communication, change management.
