SAARC Energy Centre is inviting applications for the role of Programme Leader focused on Technology Transfer. The selected professional will work at the SEC headquarters in Islamabad and contribute to regional energy cooperation initiatives among SAARC countries.

Applicants must complete the official application form and submit it along with scanned copies of all required supporting documents and testimonials. Applications must be sent by email to adminofficer@saarcenergy.org.
The last date to submit the online application and required No Objection Certificate, where applicable, is 8 March 2026. Applications must be received before 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Late submissions will not be considered.
Applicants working in the public sector must provide a No Objection Certificate from their employer. Pakistani public sector candidates must submit the NOC through their respective department. Public sector applicants from other SAARC member states must route their NOC through their Foreign or External Affairs Offices. The NOC must first be sent by email and later submitted in original form by post.
Candidates selected for the position will be required to submit verified and duly attested hard copies of all educational documents and testimonials. Attestation must be completed by the relevant Higher Education Authority and Foreign or External Affairs Offices. Failure to provide verified documents will result in disqualification.
