Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), with support from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), is launching a one-year First Aid Program at its Provincial Headquarters in Gilgit-Baltistan. The program aims to strengthen PRCS’ emergency response network, improve community preparedness, and expand First Aid and Emergency Health Services in the region. These services will be offered on a cost-recovery basis to government departments, private organizations, schools, tourism operators, and community groups. Revenue generated will support ongoing humanitarian health activities and enhance institutional self-reliance.
