Consultant required for construction work at CPSP Regional Centre Islamabad.

invites applications from qualified consultant architectural firms for design and construction work at its Regional Centre Islamabad. The project covers approximately 7000 square feet on the second floor.

Only firms with proven experience in office or commercial building construction and a permanent office in Islamabad should apply.

Required documents must reach the Secretary CPSP within two weeks of the advertisement. The last date is 07 January 2026 at 03:00 PM.

Required information and documents.

Firm name, permanent address, telephone numbers, email address, and fax number.

Partnership deed or articles of association for companies or limited firms, along with power of attorney.

List of similar completed projects with project cost, duration, and details. Experience in structural assessment is mandatory.

Client issued satisfactory completion certificates.

List of ongoing projects currently in hand.

Proof of financial capacity. Attach audited balance sheets for the last three years. Mention bank name and available credit limit.

Proof of registration with FBR and certificate of up to date income tax payment.

Valid registration certificate with PEC or PCATP as consultant or contractor.

Affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted and is not involved in any client litigation.

Terms of Reference will be issued only to shortlisted consultants on payment of Rs 5000. This amount is non refundable.

Preference will be given to local firms.
