Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in OTT, digital media, or related industry

Strong knowledge of OTT platforms, content, and technology

Skills Required:

Leadership and team management

Communication and project management

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Computer literacy

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement OTT strategy and roadmap

Manage content acquisition and production

Oversee platform operations and user experience

Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Plan marketing and promotional activities

Manage partnerships and collaborations
