Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager (Human Resources) to join its shipbuilding industry on a contract basis. The selected candidate will manage and lead HR functions, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and overall HR strategy implementation.
Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KSEW) is one of Pakistan’s oldest and most respected industrial organizations, known for its role in shipbuilding, engineering, and heavy mechanical projects. To strengthen its management team, KSEW is hiring a Deputy General Manager (Human Resources).
This is a senior-level leadership position that requires a highly experienced and capable professional who can manage complex HR functions in a large organization. The Deputy General Manager will lead key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, training, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. The goal is to build an efficient, transparent, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
