The University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir has opened applications for permanent faculty positions across multiple disciplines. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Applicants must provide verified copies of degrees, transcripts, result cards, certificates, domicile, and state subject, along with the required application form either in person or by mail to the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, P.C. 11100. Provisional or hope certificates will not be accepted.

Certificates, transcripts, and detailed marks certificates issued before the deadline will be accepted.

Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate application forms with complete documents.

Fee: Rs. 12,100/- for BPS-21 and BPS-20

Fee: Rs. 6,050/- for BPS-18 and BPS-19

Payable via Habib Bank Limited branches in AJK and Pakistan or by sending bank draft to Treasurer, University of Kotli AJK.

Only holders of foreign degrees must submit equivalence certificates issued by HEC.

Age limit does not apply to permanent in-service university or government employees.

Permanent employees of the University of Kotli AJK must apply through proper channel.

Experience in Higher Secondary Schools, Embassy Schools, Degree Colleges, or Cadet Colleges will be considered.

For Professor and Associate Professor posts, applicants must submit four sets of application forms with documents.

Posts are open only to nationals of AJK (1st Class State Subject).

Applicants must write post title in clear handwriting on the application form.

Only eligible candidates will be called for test/interview.

University reserves the right to not fill or withhold positions.
