Eligibility Criteria:

• LLB degree from recognized institution
• Valid license to practice as Advocate
• Enrolled Advocate of High Court under Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act 1973
• Minimum 10 years active practice as High Court Advocate
• Strong knowledge of education law, service rules, contracts, administration
• Experience with public sector organizations preferred
