Public Private Partnership Authority P3A under the Ministry of Planning Development and Special Initiatives is inviting applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer CEO. This senior leadership role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in finance, business administration, engineering, or related fields. The CEO will be responsible for leading the authority and managing public private partnership initiatives across Pakistan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall operations of the Public Private Partnership Authority
  • Develop and implement PPP policies and strategies
  • Manage infrastructure development projects at national level
  • Coordinate with federal and provincial governments
  • Engage with international development partners
  • Ensure effective governance and organizational leadership
  • Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of PPP projects
  • Promote innovation and value for money outcomes in projects
