Action to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education (ASPIRE)

The Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh (RSU-SE&LD), has received financing from the World Bank under the ASPIRE project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services will be hired on a contract basis.

The Government of Sindh, through the Reform Support Unit (RSU) under the ASPIRE project, is hiring a Well-being and Nutritional Specialist. This role is focused on improving health and nutrition outcomes in schools and communities, ensuring that students and families benefit from stronger public health and food security initiatives.

What you will do:

Design, plan, and implement nutrition and wellbeing programs that align with national and international standards.

Provide expert guidance in areas such as public health nutrition, maternal and child health, and food security.

Draft reports, guidelines, and implementation frameworks for nutrition-related projects.

Collaborate with policymakers, technical experts, and field-level education officials to ensure effective program delivery.

Monitor progress and suggest improvements in nutrition interventions within the education system.

What we are looking for:

MBBS with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Public Health, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition Science, or an equivalent qualification.

Additional certification or diploma in Public Health Nutrition, Maternal and Child Health, or Food Security is an advantage.

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in wellbeing and nutrition program design, policy development, and implementation.

Experience in a development or humanitarian context will be preferred.

Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.

- Ability to coordinate with policymakers, experts, and field-level officials.
02Assessment Specialist / Consultant (PPS-09)- Master’s in Education, Educational Measurement, Social Sciences, or related fields. 
- PhD preferred.
- Minimum 8 years in educational assessment, student testing, or large-scale evaluation systems. 
- Experience with government, UN agencies, or development partners. 
- Skills in designing and implementing assessment frameworks, item banks, and plans. 
- Knowledge of NAT, GPF, TIMSS, PISA. 
- Strong communication and report-writing skills. 
- Ability to coordinate with policymakers, experts, and field-level officials.
