1. Who can apply for these jobs?
Retired, released, or retiring Army officers from the ranks of Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, or Major.
2. What is the employment duration?
Initial contract is 3 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance.

4. Can recently retired officers apply?
Yes. Officers retired within the last 2 years are eligible.
5. Who is not eligible?
Officers with disciplinary issues, inefficiency records, or low medical category are not eligible.
6. Is selection through test or interview?
Yes. Candidates must appear before a Special Selection Board at GHQ Rawalpindi.
7. Can selected candidates be posted anywhere?
Yes. Selected officers can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
8. Is there an application fee?
Yes. A bank draft of Rs. 2500 is required.
9. What documents are required?
Application form, CNIC, photos, educational certificates, and relevant records.
10. Is TA/DA provided for interview?
No. Candidates will appear at their own expense.
