Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, invites applications for a contract-based Project Director position for the PSDP project “Establishment of IT Park Karachi.” This senior role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and experience in executing large-scale public sector projects.

1. Who can apply for this position?
Candidates with at least 16 years of education in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an HEC-recognized institution can apply. A Master’s in Project Management, Construction Management, Management, or Structural Engineering is preferred.
2. What is the age limit?
The maximum age limit is 62 years on the date of appointment.
3. What experience is required?
Minimum 5 years of experience in public sector project management or implementation. Candidates with experience in successfully completing similar projects will be preferred.
4. Is a Project Management qualification mandatory?
No. However, additional marks are awarded for a Master’s in Project Management or relevant diplomas in Project Management.
