General Headquarters (GHQ) Rawalpindi invites applications from retired, released, or retiring Army officers for multiple Civilian Gazetted Officer positions in GHQ Rawalpindi and lower formations across Pakistan.

Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired, released, or retiring Army officers (Colonels, Lieutenant Colonels, Majors)
• Retirement within the last two years (excluding LPR)
• Age limits:
  • Colonels up to 54 years
  • Lieutenant Colonels and Majors up to 52 years
• Must possess relevant academic qualification and experience for the applied role

Ineligibility Conditions:

• Officers with disciplinary issues involving moral turpitude
• Officers retired due to inefficiency or misconduct
• Officers with medical category EEE

Selection Process:

• Candidates will appear before a Special Selection Board at GHQ Rawalpindi
• Selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance

Employment Duration:

• Initial contract for 3 years
• Extendable up to 1 additional year based on performance

Service Conditions:

• Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan
