The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization and Public Resource Management Program (KPRM&PRMP), with financial assistance from the World Bank, is inviting applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals.
This program is designed to strengthen revenue mobilization, enhance public financial management, and modernize service delivery in the province. To achieve these goals, the Finance Department is seeking skilled IT and software specialists who will contribute to the development, deployment, and integration of modern digital solutions.
The available positions cover a wide range of expertise including backend and frontend development, GIS solutions, Android applications, and DevOps/Cloud deployment. These roles will provide an excellent opportunity for professionals to work on a prestigious government project, contribute to digital transformation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and gain exposure to World Bank–funded initiatives.
All positions are being offered on a contract basis (initially for one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements), with duty station at Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The Government of Pakistan (GoP) has received credit from the World Bank towards the cost of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization and Public Resource Management Program (KPRM&PRMP). The objective of the project is to improve revenue mobilization and public resource management in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. To support implementation, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to recruit the following Consultants. The Qualifications & Experience of the Consultant are:

Selected consultants will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and deploying secure and scalable digital applications.
Supporting the digitization of revenue systems and integration of GIS-based solutions.
Enhancing public financial management through modern software and database systems.
Collaborating with cross-functional government teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conducting knowledge transfer and capacity building of relevant staff.
The consultant will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018, and November 2020). The selection will be based on Individual Consultant Selection (ICS).
