The Pakistan Institute of Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences (PIPOS) invites applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the position of Managing Director.

Application forms can be downloaded from www.pipos.gkp.pk. Completed forms must include bio-data, academic certificates, domicile certificate, 2 recent photographs, and CNIC copy (attested). Forms must be sent via registered courier or post to the Administrative Officer, PIPOS within 15 days of advertisement publication. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 10,000 must be submitted via bank draft in favor of Managing Director-PIPOS or direct deposit to National Bank of Pakistan, Branch Code 1759, A/C 3011734865, A/C Title: PIPOS Training & Education. Forms without payment will be rejected.
Late submissions, even if payment is made on time, will not be entertained.
Appointment is for three years, extendable based on satisfactory performance with board approval.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisting may be based on written test, pre-interview marks, or both.
If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day is considered the deadline.
Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
The Scrutiny Committee can reject incomplete applications; aggrieved candidates may appeal to the PIPOS Board.
Candidates may be disqualified if they:
Have criminal convictions.
Were dismissed from public service.
Provide false or incomplete information.
Submit forged documents.
Misbehave during the interview.
Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
PIPOS may increase, decrease, or cancel the post as required.
Government employees or staff of autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel with NOC.
No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
