The Principal – READ Foundation School Gilgit (Boys), Jotial is a permanent position for an experienced education leader who can manage and improve the academic and administrative functions of a high school with over 500 students. The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience as a school principal in a well-reputed institution. This role calls for someone with strong leadership, communication, and management skills, who can guide teachers, raise teaching standards, and ensure a disciplined yet encouraging learning environment. The Principal will also be responsible for staff development, financial oversight, and building a collaborative school culture that reflects the values of READ Foundation. The position offers a salary of up to PKR 50,000 per month, with preference given to candidates from Gilgit or nearby areas. Job Purpose:
We are looking for a committed Principal to lead and manage High School, ensuring quality education for 500+ students. The Principal will oversee academic and administrative functions, improve teaching standards, manage staff, and maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment in line with READ Foundation’s goals.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as Principal in a well reputed institution.

Administrative expertise

Financial skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Commitment to effective teaching and learning practices

Computer-literate

Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
