NICL is a leading public sector organization in Pakistan’s general insurance industry. The company is seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead and grow its private sector insurance business.
Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
Professional insurance qualifications such as ACII, FCII, or other recognized national/international certifications are a strong advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the insurance sector.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for private sector business growth.
Identify, secure, and expand private sector corporate, commercial, SME, and selective retail insurance opportunities.
Build business through direct insurance, co-insurance, consortium, and facultative arrangements.
Explore new market opportunities and innovative insurance solutions.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, brokers, and market participants.
Prepare business development plans, financial models, and strategic assessments to guide decision-making.
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments relevant to private sector insurance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance frameworks.
Competitive, market-based package commensurate with qualifications and experience, finalized during the interview.
