For Registrar: Master’s degree (18 years) and 17 years administrative experience at university level.
For Director ORIC: Ph.D. with 17 years relevant experience at a university or educational institution.

Maximum 55 years on the last date of submission (30 January 2026).
3. How can government or semi-government employees apply?
Must apply through proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department.
