Qualification Requirements:

B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (HEC recognized)

OR Master’s in Environmental Sciences / Business Administration (16 years of education)

OR Member of a recognized professional accounting body (ACA / ACMA)

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 15 years relevant experience

At least 5 years in sanitation sector at a senior leadership level (head of department or higher)

Experience in managing public or private sector organizations with a proven track record

Membership in governing bodies or professional institutes is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and strategic thinking

Excellent team management and communication skills

High proficiency in computer applications

Ability to implement government vision for water, drainage, sewerage, solid waste, and hygiene services

Must meet “fit & proper” criteria as per Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance Rules 2013

Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of the closing date
