Education:
Master’s in Engineering Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related engineering field.
Professional Knowledge:
Expertise in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), and OHSE Management Systems (ISO 45001).
Strong skills in organizational development and HR management to promote a sustainable quality culture.
Proficiency in digital quality tools and data analytics (ERP/QMS software, Power BI, SPC tools, Industry 4.0 applications) and basic IT skills (MS Project, Primavera).
International certifications like Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or ASQ-certified professional are preferred.
Experience:
10–15 years in quality management in defense production, aerospace, automotive, or heavy engineering industries.
Practical experience in manufacturing, rebuilding, or overhauling tracked and wheeled defense vehicles (MRAPS/MRVs preferred).
Experience in supplier quality management, risk management, and international collaboration.
