Defence Housing Authority Lahore is hiring a Chief Financial Officer. Functional scope.

You lead financial planning.
You manage accounts, treasury, taxation, budgeting, and regulatory affairs.
You oversee audits, forecasting, joint ventures, and compliance.
You design and enforce internal controls and accounting systems.
You handle financial affairs independently at enterprise level.

Required qualifications.

You must hold one of the following.
Chartered Accountant from ICAP.
ACCA with relevant post qualification experience.
CIMA, CPA, or ICMA Pakistan.

Additional certifications preferred.
Public financial management.
Risk management.
ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Experience requirements.

Minimum fifteen years of post qualification experience.
At least seven years in a C level role.
Ten to fifteen years in progressive finance and strategic planning roles.
Five to seven years in senior leadership such as CFO, Director Finance, or Head of Accounts.

Relevant sector exposure.

Large housing authorities or real estate developers.
Semi government or government linked organizations.
Large private corporations with complex financial structures.
