Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures under senior project managers’ guidance
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to align designs with healthcare requirements
• Support review and validation of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans for compliance
• Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change requests, and technical specifications
• Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and internal departments
• Track budgets, process invoices, and identify cost-saving measures
• Conduct site inspections to detect deviations from design or quality standards
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Participate in vendor evaluations, contractor coordination, and procurement processes
• Contribute to risk identification, mitigation, and process improvement
