Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is inviting applications for the position of Director General (Housing) / Project Director, WAPDA Housing Scheme. This role offers the opportunity to lead and launch a housing scheme for WAPDA employees.

The position is on contract basis, initially for one year, extendable up to three years or until age 65. Salary is negotiable based on experience, with additional benefits according to PWF policy.

Who can apply:

Male Pakistani citizens

Maximum age 62

B.Sc in Civil Engineering or higher from an HEC-recognized university

At least 20 years of experience, including 5 years in civil construction or housing projects with government, semi-government, armed forces, DHA, or similar housing societies

Key responsibilities:

Plan and implement the housing project in line with the Board of Directors’ vision

Manage administrative and financial aspects of the housing society

Oversee project schedules and quality audits, ensuring all work meets standards

Develop policies and procedures, including joint ventures

Achieve objectives set by the Board and handle other housing-related assignments

Skills required:

Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management abilities

Familiarity with PPRA rules

Excellent communication, technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
