MEPCO Multan Electric Power Company is hiring a senior HR leader for its headquarters in Multan. This is a high impact role for experienced professionals who can lead people strategy in a regulated public sector environment.

Position details.

 

Position title. Chief Human Resource and Career Planning Officer.


Number of positions. One.


Key responsibilities.

Analyze long term HR needs aligned with MEPCO vision and Board direction.
Review organizational goals and growth plans.
Develop and implement a three year HR strategy.
Present HR strategy to CEO and senior management.
Improve HR operating models for effective execution.
Plan executive manpower and training needs.
Design talent management and succession planning systems.
Lead change management and organizational transition.
Ensure HR frameworks align with business needs and economic conditions.

Required qualification and experience.

Master degree in Management or related field recognized by HEC.
Preference given to Human Resource specialization.
HR certifications from reputed national or international institutions are a strong advantage.
Minimum fifteen years of relevant post qualification experience.
At least five years at senior leadership level in a large public or private organization.

Age limit.

Maximum age sixty years on closing date. No age relaxation.

Salary and benefits.

Market based competitive salary. Approximately Rs. 500,000 to Rs. 1,000,000 per month.
Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Additional benefits as per company policy for C level executives.
Annual performance review by MEPCO Board.
This is a purely contractual and non pensionable role.
