AVP IT Networking & Development Support / Head of Information Technology

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / Chief Executive Officer / Functional Head

Compensation & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: PKR 150,000/month
• Fuel Allowance: 100 Liters/month
• Car Allowance: PKR 17,000/month
• Mobile Allowance: PKR 1,000/month
• OPD Medical: PKR 75,000/year

Role Overview:

The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s IT strategy, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure and digital operations. This role involves overseeing technology development, operations, and security while aligning IT initiatives with the company’s strategic business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:1. Technology Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and implement the IT roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify, recommend, and deploy technology platforms to drive business efficiency.
• Customize and optimize enterprise systems to support scalable growth.
• Manage end-to-end implementation, integration, and upgrade of core systems.

2. IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure for performance, availability, and scalability.
• Ensure efficient network, server, and systems operations with minimal downtime.
• Lead IT procurement processes, vendor assessments, and contract negotiations.

3. Governance, Policy, & Compliance

• Establish IT governance frameworks and enforce security, usage, and operational policies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.
• Keep abreast of legal and compliance developments impacting IT operations.

4. Information Security & Risk Management

• Develop and maintain an Information Security Management Framework (ISMF).
• Lead vulnerability assessments, cyber risk evaluations, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee cybersecurity incident response, including establishing an Emergency Response Team.
• Perform post-incident reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Continuously evolve the cybersecurity posture to address emerging threats.
