The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from a seasoned professional for the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Education Testing Council (ETC), URAAN Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong record in developing and managing evaluation systems, along with expertise in human resource and financial management. Experience in technology-driven solutions for testing and evaluation is required, along with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to drive organizational success.

Qualification & Experience:

BS/MSc (16 years of education) in any discipline

20 years of progressive experience in academia, government, or business, including significant experience in designing or managing evaluation systems

Minimum 5 years in senior management roles

Only experience after the required qualification will be considered. Part-time, honorary, apprentice, or intern positions are excluded.
