| 2 | Receptionist (IT Support) | Equivalent to BPS-14 (Fixed Pay) | 02 | Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Technology (BSCS, BSIT, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems. Hands-on experience in LAN/Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting, and printer configuration. Knowledge of Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) is preferred. Must understand database systems and data backup. Good communication and user support skills. |
