Lead and manage the internal audit function of EIDMC.
Develop and implement the Internal Audit Charter and Annual Audit Plan based on risk assessment.
Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across all departments and projects.
Review and evaluate internal controls, accounting systems, and business processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, including the SOEs Act 2023 and Companies Act 2017.
Report audit findings to the Audit and Finance Committee and monitor implementation.
Detect and report cases of fraud, waste, or misuse of funds.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulators for audit alignment.
Build and lead a professional internal audit team.
