Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Postgraduate Training Program Entrance Test
This test is designed to select candidates for the Postgraduate Training Program at KINPOE and CHASCENT under the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission. It evaluates knowledge across multiple science and engineering fields.
Test Format

50 multiple-choice questions

Each correct answer earns 1 mark

Each incorrect answer deducts 0.25 marks

Duration: 1 hour

Physics: Mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, nuclear physics, electricity, vectors

Chemistry: Atomic structure, acids and bases, calorific value, radioactive decay

Mathematics: Algebra, series, probability, quadratic equations, logarithms, slopes

Electrical & Electronics: Transformers, motors, circuits, load management, current calculations

Logical & Analytical Reasoning: Series completion, selection, odd-one-out, pattern recognition

Fill in your name, father’s name, technology, roll number, and center

Encircle answers on the answer sheet

Rough work can be done on the question paper

Cross out any changed answers and encircle the new one

Keep mobile phones switched off; no calculators allowed

Purpose
Scores from this test determine which candidates are eligible for admission into the program. This is a competitive entrance test, not a final exam or class quiz.
