Who can apply for these jobs?</strong><br>Retired, released, or retiring Army officers from the ranks of Colonel, Lieutenant Colonel, or Major.</p><p><strong>2. What is the employment duration?</strong><br>Initial contract is 3 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance.</p><p><strong>3. What is the age limit?</strong></p><ul><li>Colonels up to 54 years</li><li>Lt Col and Majors up to 52 years</li></ul><p><strong>4. Can recently retired officers apply?</strong><br>Yes. Officers retired within the last 2 years are eligible.</p><p><strong>5. Who is not eligible?</strong><br>Officers with disciplinary issues, inefficiency records, or low medical category are not eligible.</p><p><strong>6. Is selection through test or interview?</strong><br>Yes. Candidates must appear before a Special Selection Board at GHQ Rawalpindi.</p><p><strong>7. Can selected candidates be posted anywhere?</strong><br>Yes. Selected officers can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.</p><p><strong>8. Is there an application fee?</strong><br>Yes.
