Pakistani public sector candidates must submit the NOC through their respective department. Public sector applicants from other SAARC member states must route their NOC through their Foreign or External Affairs Offices. The NOC must first be sent by email and later submitted in original form by post.</p><h4><strong>Document Verification</strong></h4><p>Candidates selected for the position will be required to submit verified and duly attested hard copies of all educational documents and testimonials. Attestation must be completed by the relevant Higher Education Authority and Foreign or External Affairs Offices.
