Minimum 10 years managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in senior leadership. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or FIDIC training preferred. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera/MS Project). Experience in donor-funded projects, World Bank/AIIB preferred.</td></tr><tr><td>02</td><td>Manager Procurement/Contracts</td><td>01</td><td>Bachelor’s (16 years) and Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years’ experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in large civil/mechanical works projects.
