Experience in structural assessment is mandatory.Client issued satisfactory completion certificates.List of ongoing projects currently in hand.Proof of financial capacity. Attach audited balance sheets for the last three years. Mention bank name and available credit limit.Proof of registration with FBR and certificate of up to date income tax payment.Valid registration certificate with PEC or PCATP as consultant or contractor.Affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted and is not involved in any client litigation.Terms of Reference will be issued only to shortlisted consultants on payment of Rs 5000.
