One.</strong></h4><h4><br><strong>Key responsibilities.</strong></h4><p>Analyze long term HR needs aligned with MEPCO vision and Board direction.<br>Review organizational goals and growth plans.<br>Develop and implement a three year HR strategy.<br>Present HR strategy to CEO and senior management.<br>Improve HR operating models for effective execution.<br>Plan executive manpower and training needs.<br>Design talent management and succession planning systems.<br>Lead change management and organizational transition.<br>Ensure HR frameworks align with business needs and economic conditions.</p><h4><strong>Required qualification and experience.</strong></h4><p>Master degree in Management or related field recognized by HEC.<br>Preference given to Human Resource specialization.<br>HR certifications from reputed national or international institutions are a strong advantage.<br>Minimum fifteen years of relevant post qualification experience.<br>At least five years at senior leadership level in a large public or private organization.</p><h4><strong>Age limit.</strong></h4><p>Maximum age sixty years on closing date.
