This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to grow in the IT recruitment field.</p><p>You will be part of a dynamic team, gaining exposure to the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to assisting in interviews and onboarding. This role requires a keen eye for identifying top talent and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates in the competitive IT job market.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Candidate Sourcing and Talent Mapping:</strong><ul><li>Use various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, internal databases, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open IT positions.</li><li>Maintain an up-to-date talent pool by actively sourcing passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Screen resumes and applications to match candidates’ qualifications with job requirements.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Initial Candidate Screening:</strong><ul><li>Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, qualifications, and interest in the role.</li><li>Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Collaboration with Hiring Managers:</strong><ul><li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and cultural fit for IT positions.</li><li>Provide updates to hiring managers on the status of candidate pipelines and offer recommendations based on candidate profiles.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Data Management and Reporting:</strong><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education & Experience:</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).</li><li>0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment, recruitment coordination, or a related HR role. Experience in an IT recruitment agency is a plus.
